The most recently published version of the Qatar Building Standard is from 2014 and can be purchased online from the Ministry of Municipality and Environment. A 2018 version was reportedly under development but it has not yet been released. Regulations and procedures related to building permitting are also online in the Building Permitting Systems section of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment website.
